Ryan Rodriguez is an accomplished Property Management Analyst with extensive experience in managing diverse asset portfolios and enhancing operational efficiencies. Currently serving in a leadership role at AV since February 2021, Ryan has successfully streamlined capital requisition processes, established communication with senior leadership, and developed frameworks for asset visibility that integrate fiscal accountability. Prior to AV, Ryan worked at Northrop Grumman, where key contributions included risk documentation and adherence to government regulations. Ryan's career began at Senior Aerospace, Jet Products as a Metal Fitter Tacker. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the same institution.
