Tanner Moore

Tanner Moore is a Mechanical Engineer currently employed at AeroVironment as a Mechanical Engineer II since June 2023. Prior experience includes mechanical engineering roles at Northrop Grumman, where Tanner served as a Mechanical Engineer from July 2020 to May 2023 and an Associate Mechanical Engineer before that. Responsibilities involved leading missile hardware design projects, interfacing with various departments, and supporting international trade compliance. Tanner also gained early experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Northrop Grumman, where design concepts for missile components were developed, and as a Research Fellow at Caltech, contributing to an advanced optical system project. Tanner holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Aerospace from Caltech, obtained in June 2020.
