Anna Douglas

Anna Douglas currently serves as Team Lead for Key Accounts in AES Clean Energy and also handles Stakeholder Relations for California at The AES Corporation since October 2022. Prior experience includes managing financial analysis at Voltus, Inc., and serving as a Student Fellow at the Revers Center for Energy. Douglas briefly worked as a Summer Graduate Associate at Cypress Creek Renewables, focusing on utility-scale solar market analysis. A former Operations Officer and Company Officer with the U.S. Navy, Douglas executed over 2,300 ceremonial missions and led a team to enhance training programs. Douglas holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
