Mark Miller

Mark Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government affairs and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Government Affairs at The AES Corporation since January 2004, Mark is a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior executives on critical legislative and policy issues. Mark's earlier roles include Director of Government Relations, Managing Director at Greenhouse Gas Services, and various positions within AES Climate Solutions, focusing on regulatory and quality assurance. Prior to joining The AES Corporation, Mark held multiple positions at Chevron, including Senior Specialist in Asset Management and Site Assessment and Remediation Engineer. Mark earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
