Michelle Ricks

Michelle Ricks currently serves as the Workforce Cost Management Manager at The AES Corporation, having joined in August 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle had a successful tenure at BlackRock from August 2016 to August 2023, where various positions included Vice President of HR Technology Platform and Vice President of FP&A Process Improvement. Earlier experience includes a role as Financial Planning Analyst at The Children's Place, and significant work at KPMG US as a Senior Associate in Economic and Valuation Services. Michelle's career began with active involvement in volunteer management at the National Student Partnership/LIFT and organizational efforts at Amnesty International. Michelle holds a BS in Mathematics and a BA in Economics, both earned summa cum laude from Howard University.
