Nathalie Dassas is an experienced Executive Coach and Consultant who founded Aesara Partners in September 2017. Prior to this, Nathalie worked as a Partner and Executive Coach at The Preston Associates from January 2010 to September 2017. With a background in financial services and public relations, Nathalie has held roles at companies such as Fin International, Vanbrugh Financial Communications, Citigate Dewe Rogerson, and Hill & Knowlton/SAMCOR. Nathalie holds a Masters in Banking and Finance from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
