Justice Dingle has extensive work experience in various managerial roles in the automotive and manufacturing industry. Justice is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Envision AESC, the second-largest automotive battery manufacturer in Kentucky. Prior to this, they worked as a Plant Manager at Akebono Brake Corporation and Amazon. Justice also held multiple Plant Manager positions at Federal Mogul Powertrain, where they were responsible for profit and loss, managing employees, and overseeing production, quality, and engineering. Justice began their career at Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation as an Assistant Plant Manager and later served as a Production/Engineering Manager, Carolinas Technical Manager, and Project/Plant Engineer, where they had a range of responsibilities including operations coordination, maintenance, and equipment installation.
Justice Dingle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Carolina State University between 1989 and 1994. Later, between 2000 and 2002, Justice Dingle pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri.
