Matt Meier

Matt Meier is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Sr. DFX Manufacturing Engineer at Aescape since August 2023. Previously, Matt held the position of Mechanical Engineering Manager - Sustaining Products at Peloton Interactive, where leadership of a six-person mechanical engineering team focused on DfX activities and NPI hardware. At Harry's, Inc., Matt advanced through several roles, culminating as Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, managing global manufacturing strategies and product quality systems. Earlier career experiences include positions at Stryker and ZS Associates, emphasizing quality engineering, supplier management, and data analytics. Matt earned a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
