Joe Baini is an accomplished People, Program, and Product Manager with extensive experience in business development, project management, and engineering. Currently serving as the Business Development and Marketing Manager at Frontgrade Aethercomm since December 2020, Baini has led the development of high-power RF amplifiers and subsystems. Previous roles at DART Aerospace included Special Projects Manager, ERP Program Manager, and Director of Operations, where Baini achieved significant revenue increases and improved operational efficiencies. Earlier experience includes positions at CODA Automotive, Fisker Automotive, The Ultimate Autoworks, and community engagement roles, complemented by an MBA from the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
