Guy brings over 20 years of experience across performance, product design, and brand strategy. As the founder of Reflexx, he developed one of the most respected practice pad platforms in the industry — later acquired by the Avedis Zildjian Company, where he served as Global Innovation Manager. He’s also taught at Drummers Collective, led high-profile artist prep (including Riz Ahmed for Sound of Metal and H.E.R. for the Oscars), and advised startups and major brands alike. Aetheric exists to bring that cross-disciplinary fluency into sharp focus — building products that are innovative, manufacturable, and artist-driven from day one.
