Anne Marie Ravn serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Aeven since June 2023, contributing to the Aeven Executive Leadership Team with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to this role, Ravn spent two decades at IBM in various capacities, including HR Director and Member of the Executive Board for IBM Denmark, leading HR initiatives across multiple business units and managing significant organizational changes during acquisitions. Ravn has also held significant positions in pension and support fund management, consulting, and operations, with a solid educational background that includes a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages and Business Administration from the University of Southern Denmark, as well as participation in the IBM Denmark Talent Program.
