Robert Horky is the Chief Growth Officer for AEVEX Aerospace, where he leverages his 20+ years of experience in the aerospace and ISR industries to lead AEVEX’s Business Development, Growth, and Procurement teams in innovative defense programs including the Phoenix Ghost unmanned tactical system.

Previous to his career with AEVEX Aerospace, Robert worked for Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) for 19 years, contributing to the success of many programs including the Wideband Collection Capability (WCC) program, the RC-135 Combat Sent Program and the ELINT receiver for the Navy’s Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM). Robert developed the Precision Strike Package (PSP) that would be utilized on the AC-130W and AC-130J Gunships for SOCOM, and is responsible for growing a C-130J modification center to include major AC-130J modifications, MC-130J RF Counter Measures (RFCM), MC-130J AirBorne Mission Networking (AbMN), KC-130J Harvest Hawk Plus, and other mission system upgrades.

Robert Horky holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton and earned a master’s degree in Management Science from the University of Dayton.
