Nicolai Wadstrom is a Partner and Co-Head of the Venture Capital and AI & Innovation Groups at Ares Management Corporation since February 2024, focusing on venture capital investing. As the Founder and CEO of BootstrapLabs, established in June 2008, Nicolai has been instrumental in integrating an AI-first strategy into venture capital investments, emphasizing support for visionary founders addressing critical challenges through artificial intelligence. In addition, Nicolai serves as a General Partner and Board Director at various firms, including charm solutions, Hayden AI, KLEAR Inc., Vidora, unitQ, Sibly, Pryon, and Myia, contributing to multiple AI-focused investment funds since 2016.
