John’s career in food service management began with positions such as Child Nutrition Director at Grandfather Home for Children and Food Service Manager at both Cafe 161 and Sixpence Pub. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Foods with a concentration in Dietetics from Appalachian State University, complemented by a commitment to maintaining high standards in food safety and quality throughout various roles.
