Magda Swat

Magda Swat is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations, finance, and service delivery across various companies. Currently serving as Senior Director in the Office of the CEO and Chief of Staff for Max Levchin at Affirm since April 2022, Magda has previously held significant roles such as Vice President of Service Delivery at ProService Hawaii, where management of HR services for over 2,300 clients was key, and Director of Business Operations at Aruba, where oversight of post-acquisition initiatives was crucial. Prior experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise included leadership in M&A integration and managing global operations during significant corporate transformations. Magda holds an MA in Transnational Communications & Global Media from Goldsmiths, University of London, and an MA in Economics, Finance and Banking from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
