Yana Prystupa

Yana Prystupa is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in technology and retail sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Affirm, Yana has held various leadership roles including Vice President of Technology Operations and Director of Operations. Prior to Affirm, Yana spent over six years at Google in multiple positions such as Global Program Manager for Hardware Store Operations, where responsibilities included leading the go-to-market strategy for several major products. Yana's educational background includes master's degrees in Political Sciences and Philosophy from the University of Wroclaw and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, as well as postgraduate studies in International Business from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
