Prior to this role, Tiffany held various positions at Sigma Sigma Sigma National Sorority for over 13 years, including Senior Director of Chapter Services, Director of Chapter Services, and Assistant Director of Chapter Services, focusing on the operational assessment of 50 collegiate chapters and facilitating programs to enhance efficiency and relationships. As a Leadership Consultant, Tiffany worked with student leaders and advisors to develop strategic growth and membership retention strategies, implementing individualized support plans for chapters. Currently pursuing education at Murray State University since August 2004, Tiffany brings a wealth of experience in leadership and organizational effectiveness.
