About the Role

As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a central role in managing, growing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships. You will be responsible for building trusted relationships, analyzing performance, and translating partner needs into actionable strategies that drive success. In this commercial role, you will also help define our market approach and represent Masters in Cash at international events.

Your Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Relationship Building

Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates, providing timely information, guidance, and recommendations. Build strong, long-term relationships with existing affiliates to maximize performance and retention. Identify, acquire, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network.

Campaign Optimization & Analysis

Analyze campaign data to optimize traffic quality, conversions, and profitability. Create clear reports to inform colleagues and management on performance trends and growth opportunities. Understand partner needs and translate them into commercial advantages for both affiliates and Masters in Cash.

Business Development & Strategy

Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to anticipate changes and adapt strategies accordingly. Contribute to market analyses and help define the commercial strategy for your region or vertical. Develop and implement commercial plans and targets to grow your portfolio.

Trade Shows & Networking

Represent Masters in Cash at international trade shows and industry events. Actively follow up on leads and build relationships with prospective partners. We’re looking for someone who is driven, commercial, and eager to make an impact. You will thrive in this role if you have:

Min 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager with focus on Dating A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial instincts. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive optimizations. A self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Fluency in English. Dutch is kinda mandatory, exeptions are done for extra ordinary candiadtes Based in The Netherlands Willingness to travel internationally for trade shows and partner meetings.
