Lisa Dong

Lisa Dong currently serves as the Human Capital Lead at CHSA, a position held since December 2024. Concurrently, Lisa has been the Human Resources Director at Afiniti since May 2021. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner/Recruiter at 戴姆勒中国 from February 2020 to May 2021, and Senior HR Generalist for ERC - JAPAC at Adobe from June 2015 to February 2020. Lisa's experience also includes serving as an HR Specialist at Microsoft for the Nokia Divestment Project and at Nokia itself from January 2012 to June 2015. Lisa began the HR career as a Recruiting Coordinator at Wall Street English and later worked as a Study Advisor between June 2010 and January 2012.
