Syed Murtaza

Syed Murtaza is an accomplished Telephony Engineer with extensive experience in managing telecommunication systems and networking solutions. Currently serving as an Expert Telephony Engineer and Senior Manager at Afiniti since February 2021, Syed oversees Linux server administration and task automation. Previously, as a Senior Telephony Engineer and Software Engineer at Afiniti, significant contributions included managing Cisco Contact Centre implementations and troubleshooting across various telecommunication projects.
