Tayyaba Sharif

Tayyaba Sharif, SHRM - CP, currently serves as the Global Director HRBP for Corporate & Production Support at Afiniti since January 2023. Prior to this role, Tayyaba held the position of HRBP Central Supply Chain at Unilever from February 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included strategic business partnering for over 250 employees and influencing key business leaders on talent management and diversity initiatives. Tayyaba's extensive experience also includes serving as Lead HRBP for Technology at Jazz, managing personnel for 800+ employees, and fulfilling strategic HR responsibilities at various organizations including Pakistan Microfinance Network, PTCL, and Mobilink. Tayyaba holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Bahria University and a BBA from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
