Alexandra Baggett Csm

Alexandra Baggett, CSM, CSPO, CAL, is a seasoned Sr Technical Program Manager at Aflac, with a career spanning from July 2005 to the present. In various roles including Technical Program Manager and IT Project Manager, Alexandra has led transformation projects utilizing agile methodologies to implement a new Pega workflow platform. Additionally, as a Technical Consultant, Alexandra has provided technical leadership in application development and systems architecture, ensuring high-quality infrastructure and software solutions. Previous experience includes serving as Technical Lead for Global Investment Management projects and as a Senior Consultant at iSymetry. Early career experience at TSYS involved Pega development. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics/Dietitian from Idaho State University and is a Registered Dietitian following a dietetic internship at Miami Valley Hospital.
