Beverly Thomas is a seasoned professional in employee benefits and voluntary insurance consulting, currently serving as a Senior Benefit Consultant at Mid-Atlantic Benefits Group (now The Voluntary Benefits Shop) since January 2015. Beverly specializes in expanding voluntary benefits offerings for clients by evaluating top industry carriers to deliver optimal solutions. Additionally, as the CEO of Thomas Associates LLC since March 2001, Beverly assists business owners and executives in enhancing their employee benefit packages without incurring additional costs, often resulting in FICA tax savings. Beverly also works with individuals, including Federal Government employees, to establish financial safety nets through various voluntary insurance options. Beverly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Tuskegee University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
