Carl Abercrombie

Carl Abercrombie is a seasoned IT professional with a career spanning over three decades. Holding the title of Retired Second Vice President at Aflac since September 1991, Carl specialized in IT finance, budget support, strategic vendor management, and resource management. Previously, as a Senior Manager overseeing the Business Partnership Management Office, Carl facilitated effective communication between IT and business partners, ensuring alignment of IT service offerings with business strategies. Prior experience includes various roles at NYNEX, where Carl contributed to the development of the PBX Contract Order Management System, and at WestPoint Pepperell, providing programming support for key operational systems. Carl earned a B.S. in Computer Information Science from Troy University and an Associate degree from Wallace College.
