Chad Melvin

Chad Melvin is a seasoned human resources professional with over two decades of experience at Aflac, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources - Talent Delivery & Enablement. In this capacity, Chad leads talent acquisition and development initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
