Tera Ladner

Tera Ladner, JD, CISM, IGP, CRM, QTE, serves as the Global Practice Lead and Vice President of Information Risk Management and Governance at Aflac, a position held since December 2015. With extensive experience in security governance, risk management, and compliance with privacy laws such as PCI, CCPA, and GDPR, Tera oversees the implementation of enterprise governance, risk, and compliance programs and manages third-party risk assessments. Previously, Tera held roles at ARMA International, including Director of Information Governance and Chair of the Board of Directors, and was the Group VP of Corporate Records and Information Management at SunTrust Bank. Tera began a career in records management as a Records Manager at Snapping Shoals Electric Membership Corporation and GreyStone Power Corporation. Tera holds a Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of South Alabama.
