AFME
Oliver Moullin is a Managing Director leading AFME’s work on sustainable finance. He is also AFME’s General Counsel and Company Secretary. Oliver joined AFME in 2012 and previously led AFME’s work on Brexit and Recovery and Resolution Policy. He also advises on legal and governance matters. Prior to joining AFME, Oliver was a Senior Associate at the law firm Hogan Lovells, where he advised on restructurings and insolvencies of large companies and financial institutions. He also spent a period on secondment to Barclays’ legal team. Oliver has a law degree from the University of Bristol.
