Erin Higgins has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2014, they worked as a CSR (Customer Service Representative) for Account Maintenance at Snap-on Industrial. In 2015, they served as a Shipping Coordinator at Fordpointer Shipping Co. Ltd. and later as an Account Manager at ProSource. In 2016, Erin joined AFN as a Logistics Coordinator and eventually became an Operations Specialist. From 2019 onwards, they worked at GlobalTranz, starting as an Account Specialist and currently holding the position of Senior Customer Success Manager since April 2021.
Erin Higgins earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Leo University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014.
