Nathan Farley

Nathan Farley is an experienced HR Consultant at Afni, Inc. since January 2018, with a robust background in talent development and acquisition. Starting in September 2010, Nathan has held various positions including Sr. Talent Development Specialist/Training Manager, where responsibilities included onboarding project coaches and providing professional development training. As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, Nathan managed the recruiting process for Afni's U.S. sites, and previously served as Operations Manager, overseeing the transition of Rookie Camp teams to production. In the role of Supervisor of Performance Improvement, Nathan led a team focused on enhancing the Afni Coaching Model and improving overall quality performance. Nathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Notre Dame, earned between 1997 and 2001.
