Ifechukwude Ezinwa is a seasoned Human Resource practitioner with over 15 years of experience in international human resource management across both private and development sectors. Currently serving as Director of HR Operations, Recruitment and Client Services at the African Development Bank Group since January 2021, Ifechukwude has previously held roles such as Division Manager of HR Client Services and Employee Engagement and Lead Human Resources Operations Manager at the same organization. A former Senior Regional Human Resources Business Partner with The World Bank, Ifechukwude has demonstrated expertise in change management and team building across multiple countries in Africa. Educational credentials include a Master of Legal Studies in International Law and Diplomacy from Lagos State University and dual Bachelor's degrees in French and Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Benin.
