Anthony Coleman

Anthony Coleman, PhD, is a seasoned economist with extensive experience in research and economic strategy across several prestigious institutions. Currently serving as Principal Research Economist/Senior Manager at African Export-Import Bank since June 2012, Anthony previously held various roles at the Bank of Ghana, including leading the Economics and Modeling & Management Development Faculties. Academic experience includes positions as Senior Lecturer and Lecturer in Economics at the University of Ghana, where Anthony taught and supervised research at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Prior roles include consulting and research positions with the European Commission, International Monetary Fund, and GCB Bank Limited. Anthony holds a PhD in Development Finance and Economics from Stellenbosch University, complemented by several advanced degrees in Economics from the University of Ghana and other institutions.
