Milad Khairallah has a strong background in telecommunications and marketing, with experience working in various roles at Africell DRC, Africell Uganda, Africell Gambia, France Telecom, and Debbas Group. Milad began their career as an Assistant Network Administrator at Debbas Group in 2006. Khairallah then moved on to France Telecom, where they worked as an Assistant Project Manager on Submarine Cables Projects, playing a key role in planning business models and investments for international network projects. Milad joined Africell Gambia in 2009 and held several marketing roles, including Business Developer & Market Research, Marketing, Products & Research Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, and Marketing Director. In 2014, Khairallah transferred to Africell Uganda as the Commercial Director, overseeing a wide range of responsibilities such as re-branding, managing a large number of employees and retail partners, launching new services and products, handling communication and marketing strategies, and negotiating contracts with various stakeholders. Most recently, they became the Chief Operations Officer at Africell DRC in March 2018 and was promoted to the Chief Executive Officer role in November 2018.
Milad Khairallah completed their education with a Masters degree in Telecommunications from Télecom Paris in 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU) in 2007. Milad obtained their high school diploma, BAC II, in General Sciences from Sagesse High School.
