AFRIpads is a social business in Uganda that manufactures and sells cost-effective reusable sanitary pads. By manufacturing the sanitary pads locally, we are contributing to the development of a Ugandan rural industry that empowers our 150 employees (90% female) with productive, gainful employment. Our mission is to empower women and girls through business, innovation and opportunity.
