Julia Briggs

Julia Briggs is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in managing financial operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Finance Manager at AfroCentric Group, Julia oversees the financial aspects of the wind down of an ex scheme. Previously, Julia held the position of Head of Scheme Finance and Debt Management at Liberty Health, where responsibilities included comprehensive financial reporting and compliance. Julia began as a Financial Business Analyst at NHA and spent nearly two decades at Old Mutual as a Senior Scheme Accountant, managing the preparation of financial accounts and audits for medical schemes. Julia holds a Cost and Management Accounting Diploma from Cape Town Technikon.
