Gavin Martin

Gavin Martin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, product ownership, and quantity surveying within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Product Owner at AFRY since January 2012, Gavin specializes in managing the global CRM system and integrating business intelligence solutions. Previous roles at AFRY include Project Manager for CRM implementation and Project Controls Consultant, contributing to system harmonization and business growth. Prior to AFRY, Gavin worked with Arcadis as Project Controls Manager for BAA, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and client relations, and held various quantity surveying positions with Carillion and Schofield Lothian. Gavin holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Solent University and has furthered language skills with Finnish studies at the Helsinki Institute of Adult Education.
