Abbas Alsaegh, CIPD, serves as the HR Manager at Arab Financial Services since November 2021, leading comprehensive HR transformation initiatives and aligning HR strategies with business needs. Prior experience includes roles as Training and Development Lead and Senior Human Resources Specialist at EY, where program development and HR policy formulation were key responsibilities. Abbas also held the position of Senior HR Executive at Oriental Press Group, managing recruitment and job structure maintenance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking & Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University, along with various diplomas in HR and law from recognized institutions.
