Brian Healy

Brian Healy is an accomplished aviation professional and business coach with extensive experience in operational excellence and agile teamwork. Currently serving as a First Officer at Air New Zealand since November 2023, Brian also works as an Agile Coach with Afterburner, providing corporations across New Zealand, Australia, and Asia with expertise in leadership and crisis management through the Flawless Execution Model. Previous roles include Agile Lead at Xero, Assistant Director for Operations with the US Air Force Reserve, and various positions within the United States Air Force, including Flying Hour Budget Manager and Instructor Pilot. Brian holds an MBA in International Relations from American Military University, an Intermediate Developmental Education degree from USAF Air Command and Staff College, and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
