Vance Hilderman serves as the CEO of AFuzion Inc since January 2014, leading a global engineering team specializing in safety-critical services and compliance with various industry standards such as DO-178C and ISO 26262. Hilderman's extensive experience spans roles including Advisory Board Member at PureTech Systems, Manager of Global Services at Vector Software, and Manager at HighRely, which Vance founded in 2005. Notably, Hilderman has authored the world's only published book on DO-178B and DO-254, with all royalties donated to charity. Earlier career highlights include managing a significant project for Motorola's Iridium satellite communication system while at TekSci. Hilderman holds multiple engineering degrees, including a BSEE and MSEE from Gonzaga University and the University of Southern California, respectively.
