Currently serving as Capability Development Lead at AFWERX since January 2022, Ian drives initiatives for operational utility within the Air Force and engages with various defense organizations to enhance small business capabilities. Previous roles include Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, Plans Officer for the US Army, and various positions with USAID and the US Army Corps of Engineers, showcasing expertise in strategic assessments, project management, and technology integration. Ian holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Mechanical Engineering and Philosophy from Yale University.
