Alexander Reis

Alexander Reis has extensive experience in database administration and data engineering, currently serving as Tech Lead Data Engineer at Afya since August 2021. Previously, Alexander spent over six years at IBM, primarily as DBA DB2 LUW for Santander, where responsibilities included managing DB2 LUW servers and ensuring high availability. Earlier roles include DBA DB2 LUW at TOTVS, focusing on database optimization and monitoring for cloud clients, and at Automatos, handling DB2 databases for high-profile clients while also providing technical support. Alexander holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks from UNIABEU, completed in 2006.
