Celly Félix

Celly Félix is a Senior Product Designer at Afya since July 2021, focusing on transforming the platform into a centralized lifelong learning tool for medical students. Responsibilities include developing AI solutions to enhance student learning experiences. Previously, as a Pleno Product Designer, Celly worked on research projects for B2B and B2B2C teams. From March 2019 to June 2023, Celly served as a Technical Leader and Teacher at {reprograma}, overseeing course content and providing support to instructors while addressing feedback from students to improve the curriculum. Prior experience includes working as a Product Designer at Letrus, where Celly focused on engagement and retention strategies, and developing an AI-based literacy product. Celly's career also includes roles as a Designer at Camisetaria and internships at Billabong and Certisign. Celly holds a Digital Business MBA from USP/Esalq, expected in October 2027, and a degree in Digital Design from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, completed in 2019.
