Renata Damasio

Renata Damasio serves as Diretora de Gente e Gestão at Afya since January 2021, acting as a Business Partner across all business units while leading attraction and employer branding initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as HR Business Partner Manager at PEBMED, focusing on HR process structuring and team expansion, and Head de Gente e Gestão at Grupo de Moda Soma, where leadership in organizational development and recruitment was key. Earlier positions encompassed managerial roles in HR at Via 040 and MetrôRio, where project leadership and strategic planning were critical. Renata also has consultancy experience with Clave Consultoria and began a career in strategic sourcing at Softtek.
