Kim Yeutter-Brammer, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Development, Recruitment & Employee Relations at Ag Processing Inc since 2019. With a robust background in organizational learning and development, Kim previously held significant roles as Director at Boys Town and Training Manager in Instructional Design at Kiewit. Kim's expertise spans across recruitment strategies, corporate training program design and evaluation, and the implementation of diversity staffing initiatives at ConAgra Foods. Additionally, Kim began a career at Boys Town National Resource & Training Center as an Education Consultant, focusing on training needs analysis and curriculum development. Educational credentials include an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a BA in Education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
