Thomas Nygaard Hamann is the Chief Executive Officer at a:gain, leading efforts to develop sustainable construction materials and interior solutions made from waste. Thomas Nygaard has extensive experience in strategic leadership and innovation, previously holding roles such as Head of Strategy and Innovation at Novo Nordisk, Director at Novo Nordisk, and Associate at McKinsey & Company. Thomas also founded TimeRegistrering.dk, a cloud-based hour registration app, and has a background in biochemistry and biotechnology from the University of Copenhagen. Their experience encompasses project management, leadership, and innovation strategies within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
