Bill Barrett

Bill Barrett is an accomplished professional in the biotechnology and biopharmaceutical industries, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at AGC Biologics since May 2025. Previous experience includes over 18 years at W. L. Gore & Associates, where Bill held multiple roles, including Product Specialist for both Gore PharmBIO Products and Complex Soft Tissue Reconstruction, and was instrumental in launching innovative products and gaining FDA approvals. Bill's career also encompasses positions at Agilent Technologies, Gambro BCT, Sulzer Biologics, and the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, demonstrating a strong background in product management, technical support, and research. Bill earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in Biochemistry from Temple University.
