Eleanor Peavey

Eleanor Peavey has extensive experience in human resources as well as program development and management. In their current role at AGC Biologics, Eleanor is a People & Culture Business Partner with responsibilities that include administering new employee onboarding processes. Previously, at the YMCA of Snohomish County, Eleanor held various leadership roles such as Senior Director of Resource Development and Program Services, Senior Director of Youth, Teens, and Volunteerism, Teen Programs Director, and Teen Coordinator. Eleanor is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at the University of Southern California, following their Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Western Washington University.
