Tara Werner

Tara Werner is an experienced professional in the fields of talent acquisition and scientific research. Currently serving in Talent Acquisition at AGC Biologics since May 2022, Tara previously worked as a Research Scientist/Engineer II and Laboratory Manager at the University of Washington from June 2021 to May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Researcher at Los Alamos from October 2019 to June 2021 and as a Veterinary Technician at Highlands Ranch Emergency and Specialty Clinic from January 2017 to July 2019, along with a similar position at Western Trails Emergency Veterinary Hospital from June 2017 to June 2018. Tara's academic background includes dual Bachelor's degrees in Microbiology and Biochemistry from New Mexico State University, obtained from 2012 to 2017, complemented by extensive research and technical skills in various laboratory techniques.
