Rajesh Ajgaonkar

Rajesh Ajgaonkar serves as the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and Company Secretary at Ageas Federal Life Insurance since September 2010. Prior to this role, Rajesh held the position of Chief Finance Officer at ASK Investment Holdings Pvt. Ltd. from October 2005 to September 2010, overseeing various subsidiaries in portfolio management, financial planning, and real estate investments. Previously, Rajesh worked as Financial Controller and Company Secretary at Birla Sun Life Asset Management Co. Ltd. from 2000 to 2005 and as Finance Controller, Compliance Officer, and Company Secretary at IDBI Capital from 1995 to 2000. Rajesh began their career as an Accounts Officer at Tata Motors between September 1992 and October 1995. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of General Law from the University of Mumbai, Company Secretary certification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Cost Accountant certification from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and an MCom in Financial Management and Accountancy from Dahanular College.
