Aislinn Wiseman

Aislinn Wiseman currently serves as the Director of Operational Excellence at Agero, Inc., focusing on operations process and technology improvement to enhance efficiency and experiences for agents and customers. Previously, Aislinn held multiple leadership roles at Numerator, including Vice President of Product Management for Operations, where responsibilities included operational analysis and strategy, as well as Vice President of Global Operations, leading diverse teams to optimize processes while maintaining data quality. Aislinn's career also includes operational management at Market Track and a data analyst role at NewMo, alongside early teaching experience at HESS International Educational Organization. Aislinn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington.
