Janice Samuels

Janice Samuels is the Regional HR Manager for ASPAC at Agfa, a role held since July 1999, where leadership is provided to the regional team in delivering human resources services across the Asia/Pacific region. Responsibilities include acting as an HR business partner for the Healthcare and Graphics Business Groups in Australia and New Zealand, encompassing activities such as recruitment, performance management, remuneration management, employee relations, and learning & development. Previous experience at Agfa includes the roles of Human Resources Manager for Oceania and Sr. Human Resources Manager, overseeing the HR function for the Canadian legal entity and managing compensation and learning & development functions for the GS North American region. Early career experience at Livingston International spanned various HR roles including Human Resources Manager, Compensation & Payroll Manager, and HRIS Analyst. Janice holds a CHRM degree from the Human Resources Professional Association.
